I think this issue is all over the world now. But if we think about it, it would be a good lesson for all of us, because similar issue always happen not only between Driscoll and MacArthur, but also between and within our own fellowship and church. True?
A few question to ask ourself while dealing with similar issues:
1. Are we speaking the truth in love? not only the love to God, but also the love to your neighbors. Sometimes you think you are speaking the truth in love of God, but you are actually deceiving yourself.
2. Whatever we do, does it reaches unity in the faith and in the knowledge of Christ and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Those two points are addressed in Ephesians 4. This is what I learn from today bible study with some fellow =)
