Titus 3:11

So, there are these people who are stirring up division. They are to be warned, of course, but the instruction is to have nothing to do with them after warning them twice. This must be tough I can imagine. This person I'm assuming is a professing believer, and probably one who has been involved in the church. It may be tough to have nothing to do with this person, but Paul adds that there is something important to know. It is important to know that this person is warped and sinful. Those doing these things are means that they are warped and sinful. It is also important to know that they are self-condemned. It is not you who has nothing to do with him who condemns them. They condemn themselves.
